In short, we shall have going to Kung Man on the first of March at 8.00 a.m in the hall(or whatever you call it.)
It is not telling whenever those who didn't get 7As are going to get their money, and I have no idea since it doesn't notice.
For the money-giving, it is the third thing they would do that day. Do notice.
